The Story of this Watch
Bought it during a lunch break, I still remember the weather, it was as sunny Spring day, at the Zurich-Paradeplatz. This is the square underneath which their are laying thousands of tons of gold to back the Swiss Franc.
I obviously had the feeling that this would be a collectible watch once and thus went straight to the bank and put the watch and box and papers into my bank safe. Where it stayed from 1992 until Easter 2002. Now the sad dark life for this beauty is over. I can not say it is in fresh air now, there is no fresh air in Bangkok, but at least it gets wrist time now :-)
