Kudos to Casio for this green packaging
The new G-Shock packaging makes a lot of sense: it is very light and made of tin, polyurethane foam and card board. It is a lot more ecological then the old heavy plastic boxes. And cleverly enough, the thick Caliber 5001 manual included (not in picture) fits nicely into the hexagonal tin can. Maybe you remember those old acrylic Casio boxes where one had to stuff the manual into the base of the box? This kind of progress is nice to see!
