WS 6: Repairing a Caliber PUW 910: The Patient
The watch has no second hand as you will quickly notice. The dial layout is
simple and the "Breguet" hands are a nice combination with the
coin-edged case. As you will also notice, the crown stem on this picture is
already removed.
I thought, it would be like with most other quartz watches. Pop in a new
battery, quickly check if the watch starts, check the o-ring, close the back.
Done.
Not in this case. This case is about the trickiest chain of misleading
indications of what could have been the cause that I have experienced to-date.
