WS 20: Replacing the battery on a Patek Philippe Ladies' Quartz Nautilus

What looks like a case back is a "one piece case

When you look at the case back first, you think it is a snap on case back and are wondering why they called the watch "Nautilus". Then you look again and realize, no, that cannot be, they simply made the case back look like a case with a snap-on back. The bracelet is very nicely crafted and the deployant locks with a safety bearing the floral Patek Philippe logo.
