Why I think this watch is interesting:
10 Years Battery Life, Perpetual Calendar, great Stainless steel Case and Bracelet. Wear it, forget about setting the date and time and in addition use the GMT hand to display the time in another time zone! Plus the most stunning feature! A Map Meter that you can roll over a map and then read out the kilometer distance on the inner bezel! The watch's preset map scale is 1:50'000 meter which is the most popular map scale for road maps. Please see from the sample pictures below from the manual how to easily convert the readout from other scale maps and the distance in miles!

At the time of writing, the 8Fxx movements oscillating at 196 kHz are the most accurate SEIKO Quartz movements in production. Please note that SEIKO says that you will have to wear the watch (temperature consistency) for 12 hours daily in order to achieve the +/- 20 sec annual gain/loss
