Why I think this watch is interesting:
The "Poor Man's" Seamaster Alternative:
I have one of those in my private collection and it gets quite a bit of wrist time. A perfect allrounder, the heavy and solid link bracelet (quality reminds me of the great Titoni bracelets) is not prone to scratches, since the polished parts are rather small. When I first spotted the watch in the shop I was immediately thinking of my mid-size Seamaster James Bond model. But when you see the watches next to each other, the similarities are actually not that big. It is probably just that wave pattern which brings the Seamaster to mind.
I really love my Deep Blue because it is a dressy Sports watch. It goes with suit and polo and jeans. The white lume on the hands is a bit less luminous then the hour indices. PMWC has quite a few customers from the US Army and Police forces. I am mentioning this for you service guys. For all civilians and desktop divers, this will not be an issue at all. I simply love my DeepBlue for its great looks, its brilliant bracelet and for being able to be the perfect watch for almost any situation I can think of.

This watch replaces my urge to own a Rolex Yachtmaster, it can stand in for an Omega Seamaster and it also solves my urge to own a Blancpain 50 Fathoms Diver! And since I discovered what beautiful watches Borel made, I am an even more proud owner of this watch. Got an email today after I posted this watch in our "What ya' wearin'" thread on PMWF.com asking me whether this is a keeper? I really had to smile... I own more then 400 watches and have sold only 3 of my watches in my private collection because of no supply and because I thought I could easily replace those I sold! In the case of the Orient Power Reserve and the Sandoz Explorer, that was unfortunately not true!
