Why I think this
watch is interesting: This watch replaces my urge to own a Rolex Yachtmaster, it can stand in for an Omega Seamaster and it also solves my urge to own a Blancpain 50 Fathoms Diver! And since I discovered what beautiful watches Borel made, I am an even more proud owner of this watch. Got an email today after I posted this watch in our "What ya' wearin'" thread on PMWF.com asking me whether this is a keeper? I really had to smile... I own more then 400 watches and have sold only 3 of my watches in my private collection because of no supply and because I thought I could easily replace those I sold! In the case of the Orient Power Reserve and the Sandoz Explorer, that was unfortunately not true! |
