Why I think this watch is interesting:
Great Seamaster like lugs, a very elegant Automatic, almost invisible integrated Butterfly clasp with nice UNIVERSAL GENEVE lettering and Universal logo, great Bracelet with brushed and polished links. This Bracelet is not a Scratch Magnet at all! Great looking classic Dial! I easily compare this watch to my Grand Seiko which comes with a far heftier price tag, I am not kidding! The quality of those Universal Watches is really exceptional.
Probably one of the best deals if you are looking for a more affordable Grand Seiko substitute!

Watch Description and Condition: Like new in Box (LNIB). I had bought the watch as brand new and had never worn it. After I got a reservation for the watch, I thoroughly checked it out with my 10x loupe again and noticed a few cosmetic errors. Here is what I found:
2 small marks on the 2nd and 4th link (12 o'clock) of the bracelet.
2 tiny marks on the 9 o'clock side of the case, not deep and only about 0.1 mm
2 tiny marks on the lower right side of the case (3 o'clock) side
After reshooting and re-inspecting the watch once more in May 2004, I decided to raise the price to USD 849 because I think this watch is worth that money. It really easily compares to my Grand Seiko that cost after discount USD 1750. This watch is definitely in the same league! And I hope the new pictures show the beauty a lot better then the old pictures.
