EDOX for Sale

EDOX is a company that is still existing. But in the 80ies they have mostly focussed on thin quartz watches with a very dressy look. Only recently they have found to their roots by adding more and more great looking Automatics to their lines. The watches below are great and classic looking discontinuted NOS* watches from the time, EDOX really knew how design watches that would still look great after a long time, with one word: Classics!

Rare 70ies EDOX Vintage NOS Hand winds with special watch cases - highly collectible Update June 04: after opening them I think they must be from the early 70ies. I am also excited to find the movements corrosion free and in top condition! The FHF Fontainemelon movement in the white Square and the Unitas movements in both Octagonals are deply intertwined with ETA's movement history. FHF has seized to exist under this name. Unitas still exists in the movement division of the Swatch group.

* most likely 10 micron since that is a Swiss Industry standard. I did not find any information to confirm the thickness of the plating. My visual check says, that the quality of the watches is high. Inexpensive gold-plated watches come with 3 micron plating thickness. These here are most likely 10 micron concluding from there very high finish quality
