Double Rhomb for Sale

I found those Old Stock Double Rhomb watches in a shop, the last branch of a once very large chain of luxury watch shops in Mainland China. In that shop I was able to find many interesting NOS watches from Mainland China, also the Polaris watches. Please see the Polaris page for watches with a very similar origin as the Double Rhomb watches. Watches that had been produced in Mainland China in Export Quality.

Very interesting is the fact, that the movements of these watches have a close similarity to the AS1130 A. Schild movement from Grenchen, Switzerland. At the time one of the leading watch movement manufacturers. Its biggest competitor was ETERNA, today those two companies are united in ETA, the largest Swiss movement manufacturer and one of the largest movement supplier of the world.

The watches weigh ca. 50 grams, depends a bit on the thickness of the strap too.

Notes about our Double Rhomb watches: We selected all those watches carefully and personally. We have found that even the higher Export quality shows big quality variations. But we can guarantee for a high and consistent quality of all the watches we offer here. We invested hours to select these Double Rhombs: We checked case, dial, hands, markers and power reserve (42 to 48 hours) Due to the age (ca. 30 years) there might be some minor discolorations on the dial which is normal for watches of this age and with this light dial color. Please have a look at all the pictures, if there are discolorations, they are hardly visible by naked eye.
