She has some wrinkles...
At this point, I am not certain about how exactly to restore the watch case and the dial. The watch is actually in better condition than this picture suggests. Due to the bright light, the imperfections are much more dominant. The green (lume?) residues will be very easy to remove. What I am still contemplating is, to what extent the black dial color should be restored. I might just end up carefully brushing off residues and leave the dial in its otherwise original condition.
