Full Reflection not desired
An art director would of course reject this picture, because the watch is not the focus. The reflection draws the attention away. But I decided to post this picture, because it shows the many faces of the black gabbro and the possibilities it offers. Also note the porous surface, best visible in the reflection of the back part of the bracelet. Here it almost looks a bit like dirty, but be assured, I polished that stone very well, since I know, that my Coolpix 995 will see every piece of dust. The porous surface helps nicely to dim the reflection as we will see later on.
