Vintage SEIKO 7005-8022, ca. 1974

I found an original SEIKO STELUX 7005-8022W bracelet ...
And was of course more then happy to find a 100% perfect fit of the curved
end-links. Not really a miracle, since the number 7005-8022W is punched on the
inside of the bracelet end-links. I was just lucky to have that exactly matching
bracelet in
my stock! It was not easy to get the spring bars in, but
after they sat properly, the end-links did not rattle at all. A tight fit that
will of course over time loosen as with all hollow end-links. In the 70ies SEIKO
had obviously subcontracted bracelet manufacturing to STELUX (STL). This is one
of those original SEIKO folded-links bracelets from that time. Of course now I
am double happy about having not only restored the movement, but also found a
perfectly matching bracelet. A bracelet that was made for exactly this case
8022!
