A gift...
to my wife. First I only admired the nice packaging. The "Rooster" (Chicken) is a sign of the Chinese Zodiac. I looked a bit closer and realized that this was a money clip watch. I tried it on a couple of bills and found that the tension of the clip was very strong. It would most likely tear the paper apart. Then I found it could actually be worn like those past-time belt watches.
