RADO Coupole - advertised as first "caseless" watch, ca. 1990

Due to the heavily domed Sapphire, a very
hard to photograph watch
Finally I managed to get a shot showing the dial by leaning the watch
steeply against a white reflector card. The contrast is reduced, but it's the
only way to show the dial. All gold parts are genuine 18 Karat including the two
lugs that also serve as clamps which hold this "caseless" watch together.
The watch could be described as consisting of a crystal and a case back only.
