RADO
Customer Service is great!
The first rubber band of the Ceramic had dried out as it is normal for rubber
being exposed to aggressive Bangkok air. Rubber does not nearly last as long as
back in Switzerland. Partly because of the higher temperatures and also partly
probably because of the toxic air. Only lucky that we have so many rubber trees
in the South of Thailand :)
I wrote an email to RADO Switzerland and
received an immediate reply from Mr. Walter. RADO would send a replacement
rubber strap including the Ceramic clasp and deployant to Thailand. Mr. Umberto
from RADO Thailand was so friendly to then ship the replacement band to the
nearer RADO service center opposite Central World Plaza (former World Trade
Center shopping mall at Ratchaprarop Road). Another extra effort for the
customer.
I think, that Mr. Helmut Walter from RADO Switzerland contributed a lot to this
excellent service experience! Thank you Mr. Walter and RADO for being here for
us RADO owners. This is much appreciated!
