*Just took some outdoors pictures on May 12th 2005 and when I came back into the apartment, I noticed a "torch light" glowing on my wrist. The picture is a quick shot from the saddle of the home trainer which stands in the aisle and half dark. Superluminova is the way to go! Non-toxic, non-radioactive and the half time similar to Tritium! There is also a FULL SIZE picture of the lume shot on the same page
