Omega Multi-Function ca. 1988
The watch was without a battery (August 2004, date of battery change) for 13 years. Popped in a new Renata 370 and the watch was running. No tricky setting, no shortening the base with AC contact and so on. Just replace the battery and the watch is running happily. This not normal for less expensive Japanese quartz watches that often require some tricks to get the watch started after a battery change.
