Quasar Analog-Digital 1989, Japan Miyota Cal. TL11

Miyota TL11 - probably the world record holder for Analog-Digital movements ever
I also do not remember having seen an ana-digi movement that was produced in numbers like this one. Across a whole array of brands, mostly Eastern inexpensive and cheap watches. Note the difference between cheap and inexpensive - cheap for watches that are produced in lower quality then possible and thus fall apart much quicker then they should. Inexpensive for watches that are not expensive but despite their low resource use, very well made. The movement was a sensation for its features at the time it appeared. Probably in the early 80ies. Thus if you are interested in Quartz watches, a TL11 is probably still easy to find.
