The Panerai uses the same movement that is found today in the Girard Perregaux Traveller II, the Baume et Mercier Capeland GMT Alarm, a Maurice Lacroix Globetrotter and of course in this Radiomir. The movement is a A.Schild base caliber 5008 with a GMT module most likely by the specialized company Dubuis-Depraz, also known as DD modules.
