PermaBright Quartz Watch

My watch for my first two Years as a Student in Zurich
I remember that so clearly because I bought my first Rolex in 1978 and was wearing the Rolex after that. Girls, land lords, airhostesses and many other segments of society were reacting a lot better to a student with a Rolex then with a Citizen PermaBright. Nevertheless, I really liked this watch and was wearing it daily. The PermaBright inscription on the case back makes me think today, that this was a specially hardened case (maybe even Wolfram Carbide as in RADO watches). I know for sure that the crystal is Sapphire though. Very flat and a lot of sentimental value for me.
