Racing Timer

I am not a big fan of PVD coated watches
But this was one of the first analog-digital watches with the racing timer functionality. Plus it features a nice thin red second hand. Mostly the analog-digital watches came with no second hand and it is often not too convenient to "search" the seconds on one of the LCD segments.
The PVD coating of this watch proved to be very good, I remember wearing it to one of my semi-annual golf trips to Swindon UK. Of course I treated the watch nicely, as I treat any watch nicely, but during a game of golf, watches are always at risk and today, I would never wear a watch other then a digital watch on the golf course. No moving parts on my wrist when hitting golf balls.
