The enigmatic 3-PB means three push buttons and luckily there is this little drawing to help. Pushing all push buttons after a battery replacement is quite standard for many Citizen movements. It normally resets the electronic movement. For this analog-digital watch, all there is to do after a battery replacement is to set the analog time via the crown and the digital time via the push buttons.
