Some Casio movements have an incredibly low power consumption. This battery has been running for more then 10 years! OK, it was in a safe in Switzerland for ca. 8 years and then in the safe here in Thailand and still, it must have been in that watch for at least 10 years! That is amazing for a thin 2016 which has less capacity then a thicker 2025 or an even thicker 2032. The circuit on this watch is definitely not thirsty! Compliments to the Casio engineers!

Important: you will have to shorten AC with the plus side of the battery, otherwise the caliber will not start after a battery change!
