Definitely a Mainland China Casio Case Back :)
From the finish you can easily tell, that the case back must have been machined in the Mainland. It is a lucky shot of course that the light angle stressed those "polishing" lines so well. The finish of the case back is pretty coarse. Quite unusual also the list of functions stamped into the case back: Telememo 30, Multifunction Alarm, Countdown Timer, Dual Time. I am writing this out in case your eyes are getting older like mine. Also for unknown reasons, the Chronograph function did not make it to this list on the back.
At the bottom of the busy case back is the list with TLAs for the 13 languages in which you can set this nice "TV Screen" Casio. I really like its light weight - 63 grams, also thanks to a Resin (plastic) case.
