Oops! The hour hand did not like my little pressure. To my defense I could add, that I assumed that the hands were massive. I had assumed that the black paint was on top of the solid hand, I was not aware that those were slotted hands. Well, I should have checked with the loupe anyway.
Now it was too late, the right hand side of the hour hand was severly bent and the black paint was cracked. First I hoped this was only a reflection and that I might safe the hand without leaving to many visible traces of my stupidity...
