FOUND ONE Marina Militare 1950 homage - 9 days ago

I am still looking to get a 47mm Marina Militare 1950 homage with the bubble crystal. I have a Tiger vintage sub concept that I really enjoy but would consider putting up for a trade. The Tiger is in great condition...I just bought it from another pmwf member about a month ago. The watch is great, and I'd rather keep it, but I like the Marina Militare more. The value of the Tiger is $100, and so

Oblivion is also a good scifi...plus Promeheus that just came out. It's def alive and kicking.

Bernhardt was threatened with a law suit as well...thats why they changed the same of the sea shark. But the thing is that Rolex isn't even the same as Roll-X. I mean my gosh...Are they gonna sue Rolaids too? Simply because it "sounds too similar"....so we cant even make a name that sounds like their company?

Yea, I understand. It is a complex issue, and there are good people on each side. It is a sad commentary on society though that we have to worry about such things.

They'd take more than just your watch. Conceal and Carry is allowed for a reason...

That they want to protect their name and they have every right to do so. However, this is just an example of how robotic and soul-less humanity is becoming. It's like there is a lack of human understanding and common sense...I mean I could see if someone named a watch company Roll-X but a local family owned sub shop? Give the guy a break. I hardly think anyone is going to assume that Rolex is ass
