I love mine, and it became my official vacation watch > - 9 months ago
and I ordered a couple of DAGAZ shirts, just to rep my bud some.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum I recall an interview with Bourdain some years back > - 10 months ago
and he said he generally uses stock food service knives, like Mundail. He said it's not practical in a restaurant kitchen to spend an hour before service sharpening a knife just to have it banged around. He uses what he called "disposable" knives. I have the luxury of a home kitchen, like you, where I can use higher quality knives. I prefer my hand made Japanese knives. I did recently purchase myby greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum I'd go black leather, black stitch > - 10 months ago
being such a unique watch (very cool by the way), I'd go custom, and yes, they're well worth the money.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum that's the slippery bit, no? - 10 months ago
I don't know ow many times the fake/ homage question has popped up, and the varied shades of gray on that topic, there is never an answer. I kind of agree with Paul and Reto at the same time. I know that doesn't make sense, does it?by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum that poor thing looks like 2 miles of bad road > - 10 months ago
but good on ya for the free repair. You've a pm awaiting youby greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum hard core complete with the kitty cat > - 10 months ago
cardboard box, almost rhymes with Fort Knox, and both are equally difficult to breech. What a moron......I mean "baller" as he put it.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum Kind of like how > - 11 months ago

such a "relief" would be expensive, and laser etching, if done to the extent you'd want would be insane.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum sure, start making those > - 11 months ago
and then you'll have to keep making those.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum welcome, and that's a sweet watch. - 11 months ago

While I don't disagree with the above psychology, I have to think they're painting with too broad of a brush. I seriously doubt a woman who buys a fake hand bag really knows anything about that loss the real company might suffer from her singular purchase, nor would she consider the losses of thousands of that fake bag being sold. I'd say that the other points noted are reasonable, yet exaggerateby greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum B-1 is a solid winner. I'm in the super dome mod today > - 11 months ago
I have a nicer acrylic (with some patina) to install, but have yet to do so. cheers. and i have to note. There was a time, a few years back where aging dials and hands in the oven worked well. I have an update about that method, some 3 years later with this watch. All of the lume on the hands has basically turned to powder, all over in the dial. This was a nice cheap sub homage, so the qualiby greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum that's got a new level of style! I love it. - 11 months ago
n/tby greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum Good article > - 11 months ago
that specific watch seems excessive just for the sake of excess, or perhaps an inventive marketing idea.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum I recall an article comparing the differences > - 11 months ago
I forget where, but the main difference was only the jewel count, but the rub was the 2 additional jewels didn't actually do anything. The question then became about whether or not a jewel count could be listed if it noted un-needed jewels. Bottom line, the 7s36 functions just like the 7s26, no hand wind or hacking feature.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum That is really nice, and the color is amazing. - 11 months ago
n/tby greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum I imagine you'd have to order a huge quantity to get the price that low. - 11 months ago
Good luck with your search. cheersby greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum check out kickstarter > - 11 months ago
It's a great way to get support and funds for projects like this. I recently dropped cash on a movie and a cartoon via kickstarter.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum WOW! I want one, in stainless, but I want one > - 11 months ago

where and how will it be distributed?by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum I like the asymmetry and the specs > - 11 months ago
but I imagine, being right handed (for the most part) that setting the time might become bothersome. I do like the concept though, and the price, based on other similar spec-ed watches, seems a good deal.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum Yeah, the anchor on my Rado is iffy at best > - 11 months ago
and mine once had "swiss made" @ 6..it's no Diastar, but it's legit.by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum something about that looks terribly unsafe > - 11 months ago
but very cool!!by greg honeycutt - Poor Man's Watch Forum I makes me think of a modern "beads of rice" style. - 11 months ago
