Looks like I'm going to send my new Sinn back - 12 days ago

Sending the watch back - gutted. It gained 40 seconds in the first 24 hours and I've noticed the regulator screw has already been fully adjusted to the minus position. I assume this would mean it would need a service to bring it back to specs? The seller has promised a refund, which is great, but I'm so annoyed. Would you do the same and send it back?
