Thanks again, MTGC Michaelby mtgc - Russian Watches by Ed Brandwein Hello Forum members, I have acquired a Russian Chronograph and need to know some things about the watch, such as who manufactured it, what movement does it have, etc. I can only tell you what I see on the dial and on the back and I must say upfront that most of the writing is in cyrillic, so I will do the best I can. First, on the face of the watch is a blue shield with what appear to be tby mtgc - Russian Watches by Ed Brandwein Re: Try posting on Parts Xchange > - 1 year ago
I did. Thanks, MTGC Michaelby mtgc - Poor Man's Watch Forum Forum members, I have a Bulova Oceanographer Snorkel with a M9 ie 1969 date stamp. The timer ring has been damaged and needs replacement. Can anyone give me a source for this ring or if you have one to sell, please message me with the price? You take the pop off back off, remove the winding stem and then just push the movement out the front. The crystal and bezel separate from the main body of the watch the same way as the back...literally just pops off!! Thanks to all whom helped me with this vexing problem. MTGC Michaelby mtgc - Poor Man's Watch Forum Re: Technical Help Needed The movement will not come out. I have tried toothpicks and other gentle persuasion methods and nothing seems to work. Does this movement have some sort of secret release catch or some other mechanism that holds the movement tightly into the case. Another bit of information--the movement is loose and will rotate within the case, but will not drop out. Can anyone in this forum tell me what I aby mtgc - Poor Man's Watch Forum Re: It doesn't just fall out if you carefully flip over the case? - 1 year ago
No, it doesn't. I wonder if the marker might have the movement jammed. What do you think? MTGC Michaelby mtgc - Poor Man's Watch Forum Technical Help Needed I own an Omega with the 342 bumper automatic movement and I need to remove said movement. It has a pop off back which I removed and I have removed the winding stem and that is as far as I have gotten. I cannot find any material on how to remove this movement on the net so I am asking for help from all Forum members. As info, the reason I need to remove the movement is to re-attach a numberby mtgc - Poor Man's Watch Forum Very interesting comments. - 1 year ago

a post in this forum is or is not spam could in anyway be interpreted as either a bullying tactic or offensive. Bro. Ricky is out front with his opinions both positive and negative and never tries to hide his feelings, which I admire. Personally I do not have any problem with Bill posting his watch here, but I do think it might be more appropriate to post such listings in the sales forumsby mtgc - Poor Man's Watch Forum Re: Have we been doing assassinations for long? I do not think it is an assassination when you kill an enemy combatant. MTGCby mtgc - Poor Man's Watch Forum Since I have yard work to do I am going with a Seiko Kinetic beater.
