The movement pushes out the front!!!. You take the pop off back off, remove the winding stem and then just push the movement out the front. The crystal and bezel separate from the main body of the watch the same way as the back...literally just pops off!! Thanks to all whom helped me with this vexing problem. MTGC Michael

The movement will not come out. I have tried toothpicks and other gentle persuasion methods and nothing seems to work. Does this movement have some sort of secret release catch or some other mechanism that holds the movement tightly into the case. Another bit of information--the movement is loose and will rotate within the case, but will not drop out. Can anyone in this forum tell me what I a

I own an Omega with the 342 bumper automatic movement and I need to remove said movement. It has a pop off back which I removed and I have removed the winding stem and that is as far as I have gotten. I cannot find any material on how to remove this movement on the net so I am asking for help from all Forum members. As info, the reason I need to remove the movement is to re-attach a number
