My weekend report.

Took the wife and kiddo up to the mountains this weekend for some
camping and outdoor fun. This was the first time camping with my little girl. She loved it!!

I took an entire box of watches with the intent of doing some photo shoots...but only managed grab one of the Citizen I wore the whole time:



Weather was a nice break from the mid to upper 90ies going
on in Denver. Got a beautiful rain on Saturday that I decided to go bike
riding in. The foot trails that line the river behind our cabin are
layered with pine needles and ride very soft and silent. My favorite
time to weave through them is during or right after a light rain. It's very enchanted forest like.





As I was riding along the foot path I rolled up on someones little "collection". Nice.





We had a good group of 15-20 add-dults plus their kids over the 3 days. I built
driftwood boats with the kids and had races. We made shiny mud balls.
Cooked over the fire pit all weekend. Took my Trangia stove and made
coffee trail side. Took a morning dip in the icy run off water to
start the day.



Had to make a mid weekend beer run. No one stopped on the way!?
