Vostok Boctok Komandirskie going Very Fast!

I have a Vostok Komandirskie submarine commander about 3 years old.

Yesterday morning I noticed it had (unusually) stopped in the night (on the table). I wound it and put it right, but later noticed it was running very fast. By the end of the day it was an hour fast. I left it on the table and by the time it stopped this afternoon (after running about 30 hours) it was more than two hours ahead.

It has always run fine, except for being adjusted when about 6 months old, and I have worn it every day.

Can anyone tell me what is likely to go wrong, and what might need to be done?
