1) forget about all the traffic boosting tricks (posting nonsense about celebs and so on... kind of makes me wonder why the Jay Leno post from me has so many views EEK! )
2) in my opinion it is the good CONTENT and the good COMMUNITY that attracks traffic and of course decent non-oppressive moderation
