Have been casually looking for one of these for some time and found this example on original bracelet(!) for a great price. Both watch & bracelet are becoming harder to find so a spot of luck finding one complete.

All SS throughout and quite heavy with interesting functional bezel which reminds me of another Seiko diver. Bracelet is likewise heavy, of excellent quality and the mineral crystal lens is perfect. Also noted the great adjustable links were by far some of the best I've ever seen in this range, easy to change and stayed tight & crisp during sizing.

This watch has screw back & screw crown and feels like a much higher priced piece, belying the humble 100m rating. I would have no reservations about swimming with it. By far one of my absolute favorite hands/dial combo for Pulsar Smile At 40x42 it wears perfectly on my 6.75'' wrist. This is also a great example of one of the models capable of causing a bit of brand confusion which could have prompted Seiko to stop making nicer Pulsars which could theoretically have competed directly with Seiko's more focused hard edge diver models.

Funny, seller listed this as needing battery. After quick inspection, noticed that the crown was out & unthreaded - as well as being quite dirty with definite gunk on the threads. Seems the last owner pulled-out the crown before stashing it away Smile After a thorough cleaning, reset hands, pop crown in & re-thread and Zing! its running on original battery.
