as a preamble, the question at hand is for the paint on lumes and not nuke paint (trition--sp?) or gas tubes. does "charging" lume cause it to degrade faster than not "charging" it? is there a half life to superluminova? does lume paint degrade with time more than charging or does charging accelerate the process? thanks.

Luminescence is a characteristic of strontium aluminate, I would assume that degradation
