Had some time today and was checking the ''project '' watches, so I though I should check again that old 1986 ladies' Swatch and one more gents' that was very dirty and scratched and no idea if it was working!

So here is what I found out. The small but very nice black dial watch just needed the right battery and it would tic again. Had come to me in watch lot , looks no bad at all, strap seems original.

After this one, I discovered a divers' Swatch which looked great and was working but had a partially broken lug and also the plastic holders at the back for the battery cover not in good condition, so I left it out again. But this one here, seemed not that bad.
A Swiss Swatch from 1990, already a 23 year about plastic watch with an alive movement and no case damages! There was no strap but I borrowed from another one. The only problem was in the end the scratches and dirt , which proved to be some kind of white paint.
Unfortunately, once again, I did not think to make a ''before'' pic, so i have only these few , '' after'' pics!

The watch works very well but only since a few hours and when worn is even better!

I think that it is not bad at all to be able to fiddle with Swatch watches, if possible to be recovered. Given the circumstances it is extremely pleasant, quiet interesting, good training and sometimes the wis can find out that he/she just added one more watch to collection and/or to wear!

A good day to pmwf!
