New Dad Watch Suggestions Needed

Hi all,
I've posted here a few times, and have followed the discussions for nearly a year now - learning substantial amounts from all of you! My wife has taken notice of my new-found interest in watches, and in celebration of the birth of our third child (and first girl - oh the pink...) bought me a watch!

I love this watch, am excited by the sapphire crystal and the overall look of it. However, as well made as it is (solid end links!) I really don't like the bracelet! I would love to see if anyone here has a suggestion for a strap for this watch that is decidedly non-metal! (Edited to add) Lug width is 22mm. I already know I'm going to be purchasing a black with orange stripe NATO, but I'd like something that I can wear when I want to dress the watch up as well - leather of some kind, or even a nicer silicon-like strap. I like the orange detail, and would love to bring that out with the strap, but it's not a deal breaker. So, what do you guys think? Any suggestions?
