Projects or how projects look like !!!LaughingWink

January 25, 2013 11:02AM
In the spirit of watch-collecting and in the very spirit of this forum, I would like to show here how project watches look sometimes at the before level, in a short word at a beginning.
These ones ( mostly Soviet ones this time), are chosen because of the potential they have to be repaired someday. In this topic it is projects of older vintage watches and we can all get a glimpse of what we face now and then.
We could say that these watches are in '' good flea market condition'' !!! Laughing I am very sure that we have seen better and worse ones. In any case that any of these is finally repaired , I will post about.Smile

And here is a very old , fixed lugs and springbars, TITUS of Swiss. In case anyone here can recognise or has this certain caliber pictured, please let me know! I was told that this is a Titus 811 or 812 but maybe this is wrong. I have been keeping this watch for many years because I really like it and want to have it repaired. It looks much better in real life and have not seen another one like this ( as a TITUS brand) for a long long time!Smile

Must thank you everybody here in the Forum, once again , for taking time to look at this topic and for any comments you have! Thumbs up!Smile
