falling again for my Longines Chrono

Well I had a love hate relationship with that watch for about 25 years laughing

Could never find the right band for it... the original was a blue shark band that is still stiff as wood after all that time and me trying to to shape it, soften it, etc.
Steel bracelet didnt work with the white dial. I tried other leather and carbon with little success. Played with nylon a few weeks ago and it was OK but not on par really with the style of the watch.
Then doing some new year cleaning, I found a stash of leather bands that I tried or replaced over the years... that black one caught my eyes... thick, shoft, bendable, tried it on and it works great IMO. I was even able to fit the original Longines buckle on it Thumbs Up

I love it!

The watch looks great and it also have a massive case back.
