I am hoping for some help on where to get a new stem for an ETA 2824-2; a friend of mine has a watch that he bought from PMWC a number of years back, and its been a great watch, but the stem has broken. I think that this would be a relatively easy fix, I just don't know where to get the part. Also, just to show my ignorance, would I need to replace the crown also, or is there an easy way to get the stem out of the crown?

Thanks in advance for any help!Smile

P.S. This is a pic of the watch (from PMWC)

I've done this repair before.

I used a diagonal cutter.

It is relatively straightforward, but caution is advised... URL
