Any lawyers out there knowledgable about copyright law? I am angry!

Apparently some lawyer from 20th Century Fox got it into his little pinhead that Prometheus Watch company was infringing on the copyright of the movie "Prometheus" and sent a DMCA take down notice to Google. If Google does what the law says it must it will stop searches for Prometheus watches being directed to their site. Not good news for a company whose marketing strategy focuses heavily on internet sales.

Stupid Notice

If you are on Facebook, and have any good advice, you can contact Prometheus on their page HERE.

Choosing not to forgive someone the wrong they have done you is like drinking poison and waiting for them to die.

Movie came out in 2012, watch company started in 2008. Should be enough to turn the case down >>>

JP59December 04, 2012 09:38PM

It's disingenuous to say there is infringement. The CEO of the watch company ought to litigate it.
