at an antiques fair. It's a Waltham Model 1899 made in 1907 ()per serial number), size 16, 17 jewels, hunter-style movement with crown at 3:00. The odd thing, other than the fact that it isn't working yet, is the case made by the Keystone Watch Case Co. The case back screws in, something I've not seen until now. The case has a serial number but from what I've been able to find, there is no database of case serial numbers that corresponds to what year it was made. It's made of nickeloid, according to the stamp inside the back.

Question 1: Who can do a COA at a REASONABLE price and get this baby running again?
Question 2: Is a size 16 movement feasible as a conversion to a wristwatch?

TIA.
