I met up with a couple WIS buddies for lunch yesterday and found myself engaged in a bit of horse trading. This is a big deal for me because I've never sold or traded a watch but instead have only been in acquisition-mode -with each new watch serving the temporary role of the last watch I want/need/will ever get

I'm really happy and am now sure that these are the last watches I could ever possibly want or need or will ever get...

By the time we finished lunch (sorry no pictures, I forgot the camera

) I had parted with my two Swatches a newly acquired Auto-quartz ("quarz") and a automatic Body & Soul from their Irony collection.
The surredered watches were these two:

However, due to a liberal degree of unchecked enthusiasm the vacancies created by the Swatch departures were immediately filled with the following:
G-shock DW-9052

A very interesting Angular Momentum "Tradition" which appeases my regulator urges with a movement that rotates the dial instead of providing an hour hand...
The hours are revealed at 12:00 - in this picture it shows 9:35 & 10 seconds

Also, making a journey to my watchbox is this CCCP-era Vostok submarine with a 2 o'clock crown...

Lastly, is the addition of this really cool buffalo band which I just installed on my mod'd Monster for a change of look from Seiko's superb bracelet (I think it works well

)

Interesting that I divested myself of two watches but somehow
still came home with 3 additions...

That is math of which my wife would certainly not approve!

Thanks for looking
