Picked up a Waltham Electrodyne...

with a couple of other watches. I replaced the battery with a new one and it will run for about 10-15 seconds, after being gently shaken, then it stops. I can repeat this over and over. Any ideas? It's kind of cool and I'd like to see if I can get it to run again.

Thanks!

Here is a curious question.......

Watch had a nice clean, dead battery in it. No leakage. (n/t)

I would suggest making sure the battery is making solid contact....

It was basically free. All I have into it so far is a battery...
