Casio Oceanus quartz alarm watch, with sapphire crystal, on a nice quality thick black leather strap with contrasting white stitching. This watch is part of Casio's higher end Oceanus line, and the quality shows. Some of the features:

* Large screw down crown
* Screw down caseback
* All stainless steel case
* Water resistant to 100M
* Alarm works well - on/off button is on side of case at 2 o'clock
* 40mm in diameter, 22mm lug-width

In addition to being very well made for the price, this watch also looks great - the black dial has a subtle barley-corn pattern, and the seconds hand and alarm hand are both blued-steel. And the sapphire crystal is a nice touch on a watch in this price category. This one is in near-mint condition - only worn a couple of times. Comes with box and papers.
