The scene is where he fires one bullet on a shooting range with gloves on. That shell is later used to frame another shooter who is killed by the police (cover up of the real sniper). The watch looks to be a Titanium satin brushed "monster", at least 15 mm high. I watched it on cable (CNN Asia) and our current TV setup is not capable of producing crips screen captures.
