For sale is my Slava auto-wind day-date. The day is in Cyrillic, obviously. It is only one year old but its style seems like it came from the 1970’s. Not unusual for Russian watches. I have never seen the same combination of dial and case. I’ve seen a green dial in a slightly similar case and two similar blue dials but in ugly cases, but nothing like this one. The case is semi-tonneau shaped and measures 31mm across and 11mm thick. The date is set using the spring-loaded button at 2 o'clock, and the day is changed by advancing the time manually.

For some reason, the watch appears in the photos to have surface oxidation, but it does not in reality. It is in 99% condition. It has a Slava 2427 movement which has, I believe, 21 jewels. The original teensy “box” and papers with warranty information are included.

This is a big vintage Movado automatic in nice condition with an outstanding blue dial. Slightly different from it’s twin brother I’m also listing. Stainless steel case without the crown is 40 mm. Back reads 01-1240-380 and Surf stainless steel. Case in nice condition with just a few tiny marks.The back has a few opening marks and scratches but they aren't serious. The case appears to have no polishing evidence. Crystal is clear without scratches. Watch runs well and keeps great time. Builds up power reserve very quickly. Date changes properly when it should. This is a quickset date and it works well and exactly as it should. Big chunky stainless steel bracelet, which is non-original is in great shape.

This is a big vintage Movado Defy automatic in nice condition. The dial is a cool chocolate taupe color in various shades. Stainless steel case width without the crown is 37 mm by 45 mm high. Back reads 01-0020-360 and Surf stainless steel. Case in nice condition with just a few tiny marks. The back is in good shape although the markings are a little faded. Crystal is octogonal and does have scratches, and should be polished or replaced. Check the photos. Watch runs well and keeps great time. Date changes properly when it should. This is a quickset date and it works well and exactly as it should. Nice period stainless steel bracelet, which is unsigned. Crown is signed with the Movado/Zenith emblem. This is a great vintage Movado Kingmatic S HS-360 automatic in great condition with beautiful grey/blue dial. Dates from around 1968 I believe. Stainless steel case without the crown is 35 mm w x 35mm h. Back reads Sub Sea stainless steel. Case in verynice condition with just a few tiny marks. The back has a few opening marks and scratches but they aren't very deep. Case has the original finish and has not been polished. Crystal is clear without scratches. The Zenith is a very nice high quality sport/dress watch from the 70's I believe. Might have been made for the Euro market as I bought it from someone there. I imagine it was once owned by someone like the "most interesting man in the world". You know, the guy in the Dos Equis commercials. "Stay thirsty my friends"...Measures 36 mm across the back including crown by 45 mm top to bottom. Beautiful blue dial changes appearance according to the light, with date at 4:30. Automatic movement, I don't know the jewel count, runs well and quick-set date does too. Back stamped with Surf Stainless steel and the numbers 01-0030-380.

Signed clasp on long chunky bracelet, screw down crown is signed.

Watch appears to be well taken care of, just some light marks here and there around the case and back, nothing major. All edges clean and sharp. See my photos, please email for the whole set.

The movement is a 27 Jewel, Ringed-Rotor, auto / hand winder with date. The movement does not hack. The size of the case is 40mm incl. it's thin crown, and 44mm lug to lug. 18mm lug width. The watch is functioning very reliably and consistently; keeps time off the wrist to within 15-20 secs of atomic time per 24 hrs. Significantly better when on the wrist. The watch is extremely thin, lays well on the wrist, and wears quite big actually (it's all dial). I'd estimate the case thickness at 9-10mm.

The watch appears to have been worn very little in it's 40+ years of life. I understand that the watch was made in the mid 1960's. The Crystal, dial, hands, and case are in very good condition. The acrylic crystal has some very very small surface scratches on the curved portions, the dial has a tiny blemish at 9:30 which is hard to notice, if at all, and the case back has some sort of stain which I have not attempted to remove.

Caseback reads: Star C.G.P. Citizen Jet Auto Dater AD0G1501-F / 5011556.

Overall I will grade the watch on the TZ scale at Near Mint 93-97%.

This watch is not in my possession as I am helping a watchmaker sell this.

One of Seiko's first wrist-worn Dive Computer.
According to him, Seiko Service Centre Singapore has serviced this watch with battery & gaskets change and pressure tested recently.
All functions working ok.
Watch condition is very good with no visible scratches on crystal.
Caseback has scratches but inscriptions still clear.
The black plastic bezel in very good condition.
The bezel wordings are still sharp and abit yellow with age exhibiting the vintage charm.
The Seiko wave vent strap looks very clean and I think it is very likely new.

Dial is a beautiful blue radiant sunburst that fades darker at the edges. My pics make it look sort of purple, but this is not the case in person. It's a beautiful grey-blue; rather subdued compared to some of Seiko's radiant blue dials, but one of the best and most detailed I've seen.

Sapphlex crystal is Seiko's proprietary sapphire-coated mineral crystal. It doesn't scratch!

Bracelet is a refurbished super jubilee. It has three removable links and will fit up to a 7.75" wrist. Pushbutton safety clasp has four micro-adjust holes.


















Condition is excellent as pictured. Crystal, dial, and hands are all perfect. Bezel is new - not original to this model. The watch runs great with no known issues.

Includes blue Seiko box with white pleather pillow. Also includes manual. If you like rubber straps, I have a new wave vent Seiko Z22 that I can include along with the watch for an additional $8.

For sale is my Slava auto-wind day-date—the day is obviously in Cyrillic. It is only one year old but its style seems like it came from the 1970’s. Not unusual for Russian watches. I have never seen the same combination of dial and case. I’ve seen a green dial in a slightly similar case and two similar blue dials but in ugly cases, but nothing like this one. The case is semi-tonneau shaped and measures 31mm across and 11mm thick. The date is set using the spring-loaded button at 2 o'clock, and the day is changed by advancing the time manually.

For some reason, the watch appears in the photos to have surface oxidation, but it does not in reality. It is in 99% condition. It has a Slava 2427 movement which has, I believe, 21 jewels. The original teensy “box” and papers with warranty information are included.
