Colors I prefer are blue, white, silver or multi-color dials (cream dial with black subdial is ok). No black or all cream color. I can add cash for a trade up, or you add cash for a trade down. Just let me know what your deal is. I have trade references on WUS, and on eBay (available on request).

Thanks for looking.

FS: Orsa Sea Angler - Swiss ETA movement - $399 (no replies)

I just purchased from a forum member, but it is a bit big for my wrist. Orsa Sea Angler. Orange dial and bezel. Swiss ETA 2824-2 movement with the date at 6 o'clock. Includes the box, warranty card and the unworn rubber strap with signed buckle. It's on a bead blasted Watchadoo bracelet which alone goes for $50 and it seems to be a natural fit for this watch. I would rate the watch at a conservative 85%(TZ), It has a slight scuff on the crystal, some scuffs on the back case and some very light marks on the bezel insert. the bracelet has some wear as well. I believe they only made 50 of these, so they are a difficult find. $399 Shipped CONUSA I accept paypal amd money orders. Please contact me directly at reocskasy@yahoo.com Thanks, Rich in San Francisco

Solid 18K bezel. The dial is mother of pearl, which is why it shows different shades. 40mm. Not sure if the hands and indicies are solid or plated, but solid is a good guess, given the quality of everything else on this watch. It comes on a brand new quick release crock strap. Original TT bracelet with links is included. The back shows a lot of little bracelet scratches and a small chewed spot on the inside of one crown guard. See picture. The straight line on the upper left lug is a reflection. TZ 93% because of the scratches and because it doesn't have the original box. It will come with a small TAG box, however.

This one was part of a deal so I'm letting it go for a really good price, $595, and I will be glad to consider reasonable offers. The gold and the new crock strap are worth nearly that much. NO PAYPAL. MO or other financial instrument, please. Shipping and insurance are on me. I will ship to a destination of your choice via USPS Priority (2-3 business days) after receipt and verification of funds. CONUS only.

Contact me at gwo131 at bellsouth dot net. We'll exchange phone numbers and discuss the watch.

Thanks for looking,

George

So, I'm going to try to move this.

That said, I have a few other semi grails, so I'd be open to trading for those. Of course, I'd add cash to all of the following watches with a trade deal:

- AP ROO Scuba, Diver, Safari, Jay-Z, Navy
- Omega Speedmaster Broad Arrow GMT
- Breitling Skyracer

The Dunhill is a very limited production by the Richemont group, the current owners of Dunhill. It contains the venerable A.S. 5008 automatic alarm movement (28,800 BPH), historically used by many of the Swiss greats (AP, Maurice Lacroix, Alain Silberstein, etc.)

The watch itself is extremely high in quality, with very fine finishing and a very well finished movement. Additionally, it is extremely rare. At 38.5mm, it is an excellent fit, and it definitely fits under shirt cuffs.

Currently, the watch is in approximately 93% condition. There are fine hairline scratches that can be easily buffed out if desired. The watch is keeping excellent time, and all functions are working as intended. Sorry, no boxes/papers with this one.

Asking $995 shipped CONUS. Please add $30 for international.

Everest WWI Homage Officer 1917 (no replies)

Everest WWI Homage Officer 1917

This is a beautiful 17 jewel windup watch giving homage to the Great War and America's entry into the conflict in 1917. Back then officers would often seek their own watches to wear into combat. The Officer 1917 resembles the models many men wore as they headed off to France. The dial is custom made and is hand lumed with a very rich colored blend of Super-LumiNova™ that resembles an aged application of radium which would have been used in that time. This handsome looking piece embodies the look of a watch simply called an "officer's watch" during the Great War, albeit in a modern 44mm case.

Size: 44mm
Lug width: 22mm with Screwed pins
Bezel: Moves one direction with vintage lumed triangle
Dial: Hand lumed with custom blend of Super-LumiNova™
Hands: Silver cathedral hands with sub-second at the 6 o'clock
Crown: 8mm
Back: Screw on back with mineral glass view of movement
Movement: SeaGull 3600 with blued screws & decorated plates
Strap: New 22mm Brown Hirsch Liberty from Austria

Price: $345.00
Shipping CONUS: $10 via priority mail
Payment can be made via paypal: kparks@everestwatchworks.com

Never sized and never worn. The watch is in mint condition (98%); very rare for a watch made in 1992. All functions work as they should. The hour hand can be set independently by the crown at 4 o’clock. The watch keeps very good time; it gains about 1 sec per week.

Seiko 7T59 was the first 1/100 second quartz chronograph in the world. They were only produced very late 1991 to early 1993. It is the only 12 hour 1/100 second quartz chronograph ever made with Day/Date/GMT (other than Digital watches) by any manufacturer.

The price is 275 USD shipped to the continental United States. Paypal only. Please contact me at my email: junlon@yahoo.com. The streak of light visible on the case back near the crown is not a scratch; it's a refraction/reflection of the camera flash:
