When banners rotate, it is very hard to know when exactly they are displayed. It is like in a newspaper header, people will know where to find your ad! Also users sometimes only remember that your ad is somewhere on that particular forum. That is why PMWF.com uses stationary banners, so the users can always find you easily!

• Only 2 forums! - No dilution of too many forums and rotating banners, your exposure is maximized!

• Well-defined target group! - Watch enthusiasts normally buy many watches, thus this is the best customer segment you could reach!

• Simple administration! - You will receive a PayPal invoice, pay with one click and use your time to manage your business instead of wasting it for complex advertising administration!

• Online communities change! Like in any social system, you will find new members and members leaving. It is our experience, that an advertisement placed on www.PMWF.com that stays over a longer period of time has a better impact due to old members keeping the bookmark to your site and new members get to know your site. www.PMWF.com is still growing and every day new members sign up.

The proceedings of the advertisings on PMWF.com will be used for the site's development, maintenance and hosting (ca. 20%). The remaining proceedings (ca. 80%) will be used to compensate our PMWF Administrators that spend countless hours on the forum and doing background tasks: resetting passwords, watching over the forums, helping out with picture posting and so on. If our Administrators would count their "work" hours, they probably would do a lot better serving Big Macs at McDonalds. But since we are all watch enthusiasts, we are willing to do it for the fun and the love for watches and the watch friends on PMWF.

4. Terms and Conditions for PMWF Advertising

• No initial setup fees. One change during the contract (year) is free. At the beginning or renewal of a contract, one change is free. Additional changes during the year will be charged a flat fee of USD 50 (banner change, URL change, text below banner change etc. ).

• Advertising is on a yearly basis. Discounts will be granted on a quarterly basis.

• Payment is per year. You will receive a PayPal Invoice, just mail me at reto@loxinfo.co.th and tell me which positions you like to occupy (if available).

• Banner units can be concatenated depending on the availability of positions. First comes, serves first! Existing advertisers will receive an invitation beginning of December to renew and keep their positions.

• Watch related Sites only please! Homage watches OK. But no advertising will be accepted from sites that sell fakes or replicas or copies that pretend to be the real thing with fake logos etc. A definition of homage watches can be found in the Community Guidelines (Rule 8) of PMWF. If a site starts an advertising as "clean" (no fakes) but adds fake watches to its offerings during the contract, its banner space will be forfeited without refund.

• Please observe that our Administrators will not remove or modify inconvenient posts if they do not violate the PWMF and PMWSF Guidelines.

• Deadline for payments: Existing advertisers will get precedence over new advertisers for the following year. If the PayPal payment is not received by 31st of December, the position of the following year will not be reserved and new advertisers are invited to take that POSITION for the coming year.

• Contract renewal: at the end of the year. I will send you a mail and a PayPal invoice for your current advertising position.

• Discounts for late start of contract: all contracts will last until December 31st. Late advertisers receive the following discounts:
  25% off the advertising cost for advertisings starting after March 31st
  50% off the advertising cost for advertisings starting after June 30th
  75% off the advertising cost for advertisings starting after September 30th

5. Purchase Advertising is easy!

Payment is per PayPal and per year (discounts quarterly for late ad starts). All advertisers pay the same rates. Just drop me a mail at reto@loxinfo.co.th and I will send you a PayPal invoice.

6. FAQ and Questions?

Q: Who supplies the JPG or GIF banners?
A: The advertisers usually supply the banners, but we can help you to create/choose/optimize a banner at no cost

Q: How do I make sure I get the same advertising position for the following year?
A: A renewal invoice for the coming year will be sent out beginning of December to the PayPal email address used to make the payment. In addition, a PayPal invoice will be sent.

Q: Where are the banners stored?
A: The banners remain your mental property but in order to guarantee fast loading, we store them on our fast servers. Thus if your server slows down for some reason, your banner will still be displayed quickly.
